Description
My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.Welcome to my course dedicated to breakfast. Not only will students get to experience dishes from all over Arabia, but also learn about breakfast table set up and all the the side dishes that are presented on the table in Arab cuisines. Make sure you have your pot of tea, your jams and olives because if you're inviting guests over or cooking a meal for a loved one, you won't want to miss out on preparing a sumptuous Arab breakfast.I cover well known dishes such as:- Shakshoukah - which I'm sure you've seen in Arabic restaurants but can now make your own- Fool/Foul - Commonly eaten in Egypt and Sudan- Tesehyeh - Chickpea in yoghurt and bread, very filling!- Balaleet - Vermicelli with cardamom pods; a scented sweet dish- Labneh - a type of sour cream that you can keep and store or use as an appetiserAnd plenty more! You will enjoy this course and enjoy eating it too! And if you enjoy it, I have plenty of other course that you can take advantage of to learn the comprehensive and rich Arabian cooking style.
