Managed Switch Port Mapping Tool is a Windows network administration utility designed to discover and map devices connected to physical ports on SNMP-managed Ethernet switches. The software can report port names, connection status, speed, VLAN assignments, MAC addresses, and, when available, IP addresses and hostnames. System Requirements

• Managed Ethernet switches must support SNMP and the required MIBs.
  
• SNMP read-only credentials are required to access switch information.

Important Notes

• The software requires SNMP access to the managed switches; unsupported MIBs or limited SNMP implementations may result in incomplete information.
  
• On Windows Server, mapping data is stored in separate user locations, so different user accounts may not share the same history database.
  
• On macOS, the software can be used within a Windows virtual machine, such as VMware Fusion or Parallels.
