Description
A series of deep yoga stretches and movement exercises to release trauma held in the body and hips and for emotional, physical and mental blockages. Full-body and floor-based stretches and movements to relieve stress and tension and to awaken energy that lays dormant within the body (especially the hips and pelvic region). Three separate yoga videos. One covering a full body stretch to release blockages, one floor based stretch and one to focus on opening up the hips, which is where most of the stuck energy is generally held. Two additional videos focusing on moving the hips to generate flow and remove stagnant energy and to loosen the area for better energy to come in. Trauma held in the body is treated both scientifically and spiritually and in this course, we hope to cover both, so that each individual can use the movements for their best interest and as they wish. No matter your gender, age or ability, this course is for you. Uncover the deeper layers of yourself one step at a time and transform with somatic movement and deep yin yoga style stretches. You can go through each video at your own time and pace depending on your own healing journey.
