Students will learn how to neutralize those threats and improve their counterstrikes.Bearhugs, often used to control or to take people down, are countered with efficient techniques and counter-balance, allowing for a quick and efficient escape.Defenses on the ground, a critical aspect of self-defense, provide skills to thwart assailants when taken to the ground, emphasizing escapes, reversals, and effective ground-based tactics. In this course we focus on escapes from side control and side headlock on the ground.To add to your offensive skills, you will learn very valuable technique, double leg takedown. It can be used to avoid strikes and put attacker on the ground.This comprehensive course not only equips participants with practical self-defense skills but also cultivates confidence and the ability to react swiftly and effectively in high-stress situations.
