Pirouettes are one of the basic movements in exotic pole dance. If you ever danced ballet, contemporary or jazz dance - you may have meet them. But when we come to the pole - it differs a lot. In pole dance pirouettes are taking force for the turn mostly from arms. In this minin course you will learn how does it work - 3 basic grips and it's technique and all the possibilities next to it - leg work, different levels of pirouette and in the end we will learn 2 combinations based on what we have learned - the easy one and the more complicated one.If you get the right technique - you can do as many pirouettes in a row as you want!Most common problems in pirouette are - loosing balance, arms are stopping fom turn, no stability, not clear where how far to stand, not understanding difference of how to grip and regrip and when.
