MindDrawing is a fun, creative and relaxing workshop based on Art Therapy principles. I will reveal the secret of how to create a balanced composition.
For some people the thought alone of drawing or painting makes them feel stressed. My workshop helps you to relax and completely enjoy the drawing process without any inhibitions or constraints, even if you haven't drawn or painted anything since primary school. Contrary to classic drawing or painting, this method will make you feel totally free, there is no box, no limit. You don't copy from live or a photo, you draw what is inside of you and your creation is a unique piece of art. It is a reflection of your inner world - your mind.
I'm going to guide you step by step to achieve your personal professional abstract drawing. All you need are black and colour markers or pens and A4 paper.
You will be proud of your drawing.
Once you master this method, you can create as many abstract drawings as you want and also experiment with other media like water colours, crayons, acrylic paint or anything else.
Additionally, with MindDrawing, your drawing becomes a mirror of your mind / of your inner world. This workshop gives your brain space to process and to reset and it is very deliberating.
