I call it "Passive Income From Part-time Work". Over the 4+ years I've been teaching on udemy, I've amassed over 20,000 students. Teaching web development courses on udemy has given me the freedom to work remotely and travel. For instance, this entire course was recorded from my own home, from Bali, Indonesia, and from hotel rooms in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand. Without these udemy course sales from my web development courses, I would never have been able to do this! My only regret is not creating courses and earning passive income sooner!
