Part 5 of 6 focuses on the financial health of the project. This course begins by covering the process to quickly review and approve pay applications. We'll dive into the process to evaluate crew output and compare that to planned productivity. Ultimately, the ability for a PM to forecast and realize margin on the project is critical to the success of the job.
