We align our highest level aspirations and value goals down to our day-to-day tasks to give you the clarity to focus on the things important to you.
We draw upon the power of relational links in Notion to link our top-level core values, to our value goals, to SMART goals, to projects to daily actions down to the level of our habits. The system provides a direct link through all of these pipelines to give you true alignment, so you're confident you're always moving in the right direction, working on things that matter to you.
The most certain way to achieve your goals is through repeated actions carried out consistently, this system helps you to achieve that.
We go through a set of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly review cycles, each with their unique purpose ultimately to help you course-correct to reach your goals.
Finally, we build a system to store all of our digital media, articles, videos, notes, etc, not only for safekeeping but a way for it to resurface as if by magic at the right time, place, and in the correct context. So you no longer need to scramble around searching for saved media or forgetting. Our media includes all short-form media from articles, videos, podcasts, newsletters. The key with this type of media is a robust organisational structure so it doesn't get lost, but also a rating system so that the useful nuggets of info from the most high value items are available to us.
