Also known as Nadi Shodhana, the Ashtanga Intermediate Series is an uplifting, charging sequence where you'll work into more challenging backbends, forward bends, and arm balances. You can progress through the program at your own pace and move on to the full sequence (and bonus classes) when you're ready.
