The purpose of this series is to lose yourself and just flow without a peak pose in mind. In each of the five full-length sequences, you'll move as if you're wading through something thick, sweet, and delicious, like honey.
To flow in this way allows you to savor every sensation that our body sends and you will appreciate a heightened sense of awareness. As you complete the classes, you will feel sweetness everywhere and leave with your bones, tissues, and fibers humming.
Classes are intended for all levels. There are very few advanced poses, as this is not the intention of these sequences. Meghan provides less instruction and cueing, allowing you to tune into your body and dive deeper into the moment. As these slow-motion flows challenge your control and balance, you'll unmask new levels of grace, awareness, and strength
