In this month-long program you'll stick to the tried-and-true principles of Joseph Pilates, but I've incorporated tweaks that are inventive, effective and will seriously mix things up and make a real difference in how your body responds. With Pilates you often spend a lot of time on your back and don't really get a chance to fire up your heart rate. That's why I've injected this program with a Cardio Blast workout and specific routines that target each body part including your front and back body.
