Gillmeister Automatic PDF Processor is an automation tool for processing PDF files according to user-defined rules. It can monitor multiple folders and automatically print, rename, move, or copy incoming PDF documents based on document content, metadata, and file information.
The application can extract data from PDF text and use the extracted values to generate file names and folder paths. Extraction rules can optionally validate and format the collected information, while extracted data can also be saved to CSV files for further processing.
Automatic PDF Processor can also extract embedded PDF attachments, including invoice-related XML files such as ZUGFeRD and XRechnung attachments. Processing rules can be limited to specific days and times, and email notifications can be configured for different processing statuses.
