-Optimized plugin editor opening speed.
-Oscillators are now recreated if pasting layer into new preset.
fixes:
-Fixed preset browser sometimes showing the wrong category.
-Fixed bookmarked presets appearing in librarian twice.
-Fixed loading samples with accents in the filename.
-Fixed creating folders when some folders are hidden.
-Fixed crash loading single cycle wavetables < 1024 samples in length.
-Fixed latency calculation when fx either added or deleted or sample rate changes.
-Disabled resonance knob on layer filter if filter type does not support resonance.
