Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI) is pleased to announce the availability of xRevit 2023.1.0. Detailed reinforcement can now be imported directly from ETABS and SAFE to Revit 2023, and detailing is available for beams and slabs from SAFE and ETABS, and additionally for column stacks and wall stacks from ETABS.

Import and Export
Detailed reinforcement can now be imported directly from ETABS and SAFE to Revit 2023 using CSiXRevit 2023.1.0. This includes rebar material properties and grade. Detailing is available for beams and slabs from SAFE and ETABS, and additionally for column stacks and wall stacks from ETABS.This feature requires ETABS 21.0.0 or SAFE 21.0.0. Previously this capability was available from ETABS or SAFE to CSiXRevit going through CSiDetail. Now CSiDetail is not required.
CSixRevitis a plugin for Autodesk Revit that enables bi-directional data transfer to CSI Software products: SAP2000, ETABS and SAFE.
CSixRevit supports four main workflows of data transfer with Autodesk Revit:
- Exporting from Revit to create a new CSI Software model.
- Exporting from Revit to update an existing CSI Software model.
- Importing from CSI Software to create a new Revit Model.
- Importing from CSI Software to update an existing Revit Model.
