Description:
This release introduces Fatigue Damage Spectra (FDS) analysis utilizing the Henderson & Piersol* formulation for generating surrogate loads from time histories and PSDs. Calculates damage spectra for single events and derives equivalent Power Spectral Densities (PSD) via Inverse FDS. A new "SN from m and c" material model support simple SN description, along with access to the full material database.

Description:
New envelope analysis capabilities have been implemented to enhance result visualization across all frequency-domain solvers. Enables the display and statistical analysis of envelopes when connected to FFT, PSDM, or Load Scheduler inputs. Generation of damage-adjusted envelopes, allowing for the normalization of signal envelopes based on calculated damage potential.

Improved visualization and parameter filtering in Robust Design
Description:
This release significantly advances the Robust Design analysis capabilities with new visualization, parameter filtering and debugging tools. A new "Convergence Description" in the Ant-Hill view allows engineers to track Spearman and Pearson correlation quantities as sample sizes increase. The Decision Map now drives a specialized fringe Description for visualizing element-based correlations, and export-to-csv functionality has been integrated directly into the map to respect active filters.

Random Response Fatigue Analysis in CAEfatigue
Description:
A new workflow has been implemented to support fatigue calculations directly from random response data (Nastran H5). This capability, driven by the new psdresp load type , allows frequency-domain fatigue analysis using response PSDs generated by external solvers like Actran or Nastran, without the need for transfer functions. The implementation includes a dedicated "Random Response" load scheduler event, control file generation, and support for both single and multi-event scenarios.

- Ease of use: direct result access with dedicated Random-Response option
- Speed and efficiency: no need to store/read transfer functions or calculate PSDs
- Collaborative: allows for vibroacoustic DFS and fatigue combining Actran and Nastran

Weld Analysis Enhancements
- Thickness correction support for frequency-domain workflows. H5 result format now support thickness correction, ensuring accurate stress scaling for shell elements in weld fatigue calculations.
- Abaqus ODB reader features intelligent cache management and enhanced spot weld parsing for complex coupling definitions.
Worst Layer
- The Fringe Descriptionter now includes a "Worst" layer option. This feature calculates the maximum (or minimum, for inverse metrics like FOS) value for each element across all layers. Specifically helpful for composite layered output (frequency domain only).
Table Import/Export Enhancements
- Directly import data into tables from a variety of file formats, including Control Files (CF), CSV, and Time History files (RSP, DAC, TXT, PCH). Additionally, table data can be exported to CSV.
Aero Load Spectrum Scalability
- The Aero Load Spectrum capability has been optimized to handle a significantly larger number of load cases.
- A new, simplified data entry method has been introduced, streamlining the configuration process for complex aero-structural models while maintaining full backward compatibility.
Performance and output
- This release includes many performance enhancements including faster DETLOAD, significantly faster
LMTRANS with H5.
- The solver now produces a combined H3D file by default removing the additional step of running an external utility.
Documentation updates
- A comprehensive review and update of the User Guide examples has been completed. Examples have been verified and aligned with the current software version, ensuring that users have access to accurate, up-to-date resources for learning and troubleshooting.
Defect fixes

It works with mixed random and deterministic loadings or standard time domain-based loadings to provide fatigue life and damage predictions, as well as several forms of response statistics.
