Above & Beyond have surprise released a new EP. This morning 17th June, the London-based trance trio dropped the 9-track Flow State: Healing With Nature' via Anjunabeats. It arrives two years after the release of Flow State, an album the group described as music tools for yoga, mindfulness and mental fitness. A new chapter, 'Flow State: Healing With Nature' is a collection of meditation tools and ambient field recordings designed to elicit a deep state of relaxation and calm. The collection features an extended original piano piece set to an archival talk by famed yogi Elena Brower, the album includes four ambient soundscapes recorded in the forests of Finland.
