Optic is our generative tools for designers, that let you iterate, ideate and shade at a much faster pace. It takes care of the time consuming part of developing a design proposal to let you focus on the parts that actually matter most!

Optic in Your Viewport:
Blender is now a very important tool for designers and stands at the center of many workflows. We integrated Optic directly inside of it to minimize the back and forth you need to do, and develop a new type of workflow, where iterations take place in 2D and 3D in parallel.

Features:

View based generation: Setup multiple viewpoints and generate/refine/edit them directly.
Optic latest features: Lenses/Inspiration image/latest Optic model, all the good stuff are there
2d editor: Leverage Blender's painting abilities to add details or direction to Optic. We created a layer system within blender to let you paint and erase directly from your view.
Pie menus: Call the Optic menu directly from the viewport to avoid looking for option on the side panel. This offers a much faster process especially with the 2d editor.
Cloud based computing: All the generation is happening on the cloud, so you don't need a very powerful computer to run it
Privacy: We don't see nor store anything you generate, all the results only live locally on your computer.

Installation:
Choose the correct version you need (Blender recently introduced the Extensions that are replacing Addons in 4.2+, in that sense you should download the version that corresponds to your Blender version)
Don't unzip the file, just install it from Blender's preferences panel
Make sure that you have a valid subscription (if not, you can connect to optic.udinbv.com to subscribe)
Login from the side panel
Start playing around!

How to use it:
Create a view
Enable EEVEE
Tweak the settings from the side panel or press D in object/paint mode to access the quick controls
