This book responds in three ways: captures India's contributions to the development of international law in areas including human rights, humanitarian law, international trade and investment, global commons, health, and dispute settlement; evaluates the influence of international law on India and its positioning in the global world order; and presents a way forward by mapping India's pursuit of global justice. The book will be of interest to scholars and students working in the fields of International Law, South Asian Studies, International Relations, Human Rights, and related research areas.
