Having worked in the marketplace for almost 30 years, I have had amazing experiences and been able to grow and leverage these for career progression.

The strategies I share in this book equips the reader with tools that will enable them to navigate their real-life situations and at the end of it all, achieve career progression.
It is my hope that people use this book as a tool to continue to progress their career, or if you are just starting on your journey, it gives you useful tips to maximize that journey.
For those of us at the tail end of our careers, I hope this book can be a tool to help you to mentor and coach the next generation of leaders.
This book is primarily a navigation guide. I recognise that some of the things that I share in this book may require a deeper dive, perhaps with a coach or mentor. I would encourage you to reach out to your mentor, your coach, your leadership team, or a good friend and work through the questions in the book.
