In this book, I explain in very simple and less technical language how we can use some quality management tools in our normal routine to make our life easier and reach our objectives more efficiently.During my entire career working as quality analyst, supervisor, manager, and director, at family owned business and multinational companies located in Brazil, North America and Europe, I witnessed in real life how the utilization of quality tools helped those companies to reduce costs, increase profits and ensure that their products were manufactured in compliance with the customer requirements. Consequently, I decided to apply the same quality tools to solve my private life problems during my personal daily routine and got excellent results. Whenever I talk to my friends and relatives about quality, they normally argue that people do not have interest in learning how to use quality tools, because this subject is too technical and boring for people who do not work in the quality management area. Therefore, I dedicated some time to think about how to make this subject easier for people to understand, even though they had never studied about quality or worked in a company with a quality management system implemented.
