With 255 illustrations, the book takes the reader through maneuvers for getting free and possibilities of controlling your opponent to final techniques, with the aim of deciding dangerous situations clearly in favor of the defender. Two diagrams illustrating the pressure points show almost 50 possible attack targets on the human body with their labels.
