Aspirations-Purposes
That's because most people dream, but few are moved to do anything about it, like start planning for it. However, if you get to the initial planning stage, there is very little chance that you won't do it. Therefore, the important thing is to motivate yourself to build the initial plans. Once your plan is ready, you will be encouraged to follow it.
Once the machine is set in motion, the motivation keeps coming. You plan, you act, you achieve. Since you've set several milestones to carry out your plan, you're not going to accomplish everything in one big feast. That's not how things usually happen anyway. You're going to swallow one bite at a time.
